MOD MOD MOD !
Please help! I am working on gaining 20 pounds, but I still want to eat healthier foods (instead of junky stuff) and keep running on my treadmill. My question is, how will I gain weight? Do I just eat more, but still keep it healthy? I know it sounds weird but thanks!!!

 

Hey ralinia, actually eating healthy will help you gain the right weight, instead of the unhealthy stuff junk food creates. Increase your portions with fruits, veggies, nuts, chicken and fish. Drink milk and milkshakes, thicker beverages. Do some more research online girly for more tips. Hope this helps! Xoxo Smile

My friend is a great workout partner because she is more athletic than me, so I push myself harder. She is also my neighbor, so its more convenient.
