Mod mod mod
So this has nothing to do with the post but ya know... Anyway sometimes I go to bed and I read to get tired but I just can't go to sleep. I hide the clock so it doesn't bother me but if it gets late, I start freaking out. I'll go to bed around 10 and if it gets to 11 I start thinking I won't get enough sleep and ill practically die which is stupid. How can I relax (without having to read for a while) and fall asleep without worrying anymore. I know this is weird but I need help. I wanna stop this before I go back to school on Tuesday.

MOD MOD MOD , after winter...summer will be here soon and im really afraid of showing my arms because ever since i was a little girl i had and still have really chubby arms because i didn't know how bad junk food was at the time... so Before the summer comes what kind of exercise's can i do to tone my arms?
