Hey. So i have a really big belly and sides. Im tired of wearing loose shirts so its not as noticable. How can I loose that fat and get a flat stomach? Also, I would like to tone my whole body but I dont know were to start! Thanks (:

 

Hey girl, first of all, love your bod as it is to start. So much of looking good is confidence. From there, to feel your best in and out, be sure to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Little things, like jogging 30 minutes every other day, can make such a difference both externally and internally. Treat yourself well, and it'll show in and out.

OK so i sprained my right ankle in dance Monday night and then this morning in gym my friend (whos like a brother to me) kinda tripped me and made me fall. I have to admit it was really funny but the way i landed made my left ankle sprained so now I can barley walk and I have dance all day today and tomorow so what should I do??? Mark the dance or not dance at all??? Oh and I have a performance at christmas time???

Hey girl! I think the best solution would be to not dance for a couple of days. Even with an upcoming performance, it's better to take a week now to heal rather than letting the sitch get worse, and end up having a permanent injury! Feel better chica.

There's this girl, lets call her Terah, who kinda gets the better treatment. We get the same grades, wear the same brands, and she hates me because of that. also,a lot of people are in love with her.she forgets her lunch, everybody at her lunch table contributes to give something for her. if something like that happens at my table, I only get a couple things. durning science one day, we were doing labs, and she had too leave early. when she left, my group said "darn, the smart person left" and it really hurt. also, yesterday, my friends and I were working on a math assignment. Terah just asks my group, "hey can I join" and they all say yes. then, we had a problem with one of the questions, so she went up to our math teacher. suddenly, my group starts talking about how tall Terah is... and we are the same height! they are all like "she's soooo tall!!" it's just unfair.. Frown
please help!

hey girl! okay, so you say that SHE hates YOU....but in all these instances it sounds like she leaves you alone, but you are jealous of the way people treat her. Watch out for girl-on-girl hate! If a girl is similar to you, how come you can't be friends? If she's mean to you, don't waste your time being jealous of her. You're better than that!
